How can I make an order?

To make an order you must click on “Shop”, choose the type of craft you want and then select the product you want to buy. Then you will have the option of making the payment process or continue buying.

What are the payment options?

PayU Latam offers more than 80 forms of payment being a credit card, bank payments, interbank transfer and even cash using TU RED, EFECTY and BALOTO.

It is safe?

Mi Artesano makes the payments in PayU Latam, which is a certified virtual platform for providing a safe and reliable service throughout Latin America.

In addition, in Colombia, 80% of companies use it to manage online payments.

How can I track my order?

Once the product is ready to be sent, you will receive an email with a Servientrega or DHL tracking code.

What places in the country do you send?

We ship to all major cities in the country. If you are in doubt about your location, do not hesitate to ask us through online chat, social networks, the contact page or WhatsApp +57 302 370 8989.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Once dispatched, we will send you an email (please note: this email will be sent 1 working day after the order is shipped)

We use DHL for our international shipping

DHL International Mail includes 7-12 days delivery and tracking to the destination.

 

You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide estimates of import cost as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com.

Can I return the product?

Products once purchased have no refund. However, if there is any EXTRAORDINARY situation, please communicate it directly to our email miartesanoctg@gmail.com and we will evaluate the situation.

How long does my order take to arrive?

The delay of the order depends on 2 main factors:

The first is the time of production of a product, there are products that take 5 days (ex: backpacks / bags / mochilas). Remember that these products are handmade by craftsmen and are not manufactured.

The second factor is the destination location. If you are in a major city, it should not take more than 2 additional days. If It is international this will take from 7 to 12 days using DHL. Remember that the product of origin comes from the municipality of artisans.

Does the shipping cost any additional cost?

No, the shipping is totally free from purchase bigger than $100 USD.

Do I need to register to buy?

It is not necessary to have an account to buy in Mi Artesano

I have a design that I would like you to do to me, can you do it?

Yes! We are artisans we can make any design you want. Send us an email to miartesanoctg@gmail.com with all possible information and images of what you want. Once received we will do the process and very soon we will be answering you with the price of your order and the payment link with PayU Latam.

Are these the only crafts you sell?

Mi Artesano wants to integrate all the Colombian towns that produce handicrafts, however, this is a process that takes time. We recommend you follow us on our social networks to be aware of new products and even never seen.
